An intro into LED Moldova activity
LED Moldova team hosted the biannual LED Coordinators Meeting from 23rd to 28th April, 2018. The event was attended by the new members of LED Board, the Head Office team and Office Coordinators from Bolivia and Zimbabwe. The key objectives of the workshop were to review the project management processes and to engage in a mutual learning exercise on Development Cooperation.
Besides the exchange of experiences, the participants also had the opportunity to visit several partner schools and to see a range of selected project activities on the spot. On 24th of April, the delegation together with the Secretary of State for Education, Angela Cutasevici, attended the launch of the solar photovoltaic system fitted at Vocational School nr. 4 from Balti. As part of the CONSEPT project, 60 solar panels were set up to serve pedagogic purposes as well as to generate steady income for school-related expenditures.
